Lamborghini Montreal Opens Their New Dealership
Something great happened last Tuesday, on the 28th of October 2014. Lamborghini Montreal, owned by John Scotti moved their facilities to the West. Staying on the same highway as their previous dealer, the group is positive that the change of location will increase the number of Lamborghinis on Quebec’s roads.
The 7 million-dollar investment in the remodeling of a long-ago closed BMW dealership makes the new home of Lamborghini East of Toronto the ideal place. State of the art technology is put in place in the completely redesigned service area where you can take your brand new Huracán for a routine checkup.
The Yclass Team was some of the few invited to their Grand Opening. Greeting you at the door were 5 gorgeous models that led you in to their 15,000 square-foot showroom. At the left you could see Lamborghini’s historical heritage: 400GT 2+2, Countach, Diablo, Murcielago and Aventador 50° Anniversario were giving the guests a chance to walk through memory lane. And on the right you could see, hidden under a cover, the monster that was going to be the centerpiece of the evening: The Lamborghini Huracán LP-610.
At the rear is situated the service area that can treat up to eight vehicles at a time. Once you enter you feel like if you're in an upscale hospital. The mechanics, or automotive surgeons, as I like to call them, have the joy of working with some of the best equipment around and on some of the best cars around. The dealer’s basement holds an interior garage that houses the division’s luxury pre-owned vehicles. Everything you look for in a luxury second-hand Ferrari, Lotus, Aston Martins and more are present in that underground garage.
A big part of Montreal’s supercar community was present at the event. In front of the dealer you could see the legendary Murcielago SV next to an Azzuro Thetis Aventador Roadster. Novitec tunned Aventador Torado, a couple of R8s, a Ford GT, the Huracán (of course) and many more supercars were seen that night.
All and all, we can surely say that the event was a big boom in Montreal’s luxury community. The change of location brings a certain freshness to the dealer and is certain to move the population of the West-Island into loving even more the brand that is Lamborghini.
