Taking the Luxury Life to “Another Level”
New York City is the summum in terms of beauty, from some of the highest building in the world to Manhattan’s large and sweet Central Park, it is counted as one of the greatest cities to live in. Whether it is for its tourist’s attraction or its significant statement of success; you want to be part of this city.
What about luxury then? You can add up a lot of prestigious boutiques and restaurants in the city, but what’s the point of having all this if you can’t enjoy it every day? A person will spend an average of three to seven days in New York City but things may change now as you will not want to be a tourist anymore. Oh trust me, you want to live here.
There is an upcoming residential building in the city called 432 Park Avenue. Obviously it is named after its emplacement but I can’t assure you that it will be its official name since it is supposed to be finished in 2016. This condominium tower takes its popularity because of its insane height; it will be the highest residence property in the western hemisphere to ever be built. It already has reached its fullest height of an impressive 1’396 foot which makes it the tallest building in all of New York City. (Yes, taller than the Empire State Building – 1’250ft)
With accommodations like a 75-foot pool, fitness center, a spa and massage room, a personal climate controlled wine cellar, a private restaurant and an incredible view of Central Park, you can say that the prestigious lifestyle of the Big Apple has now gotten to “another level”.

With a price tag of $7M for the average unit, you can say that it is a little expensive. If you want the big part of the pie, there is a penthouse on top that is available for you at the price of $95M. But hey, you’ll only get one chance to put your hands on this beauty so grab your credit card and go make your first payment on this luxurious piece of art.
